Texas-based American business Free contiguous U.S. machine shipping U.S.-based sales & support
Texas-based. American operated.

A smarter machine store with a real U.S. team behind it.

VapeVendy operates from Tomball, Texas around a simple observation: machine buyers need honest comparisons, operational context, and a clear handoff—not another vague quote form.

Built in Texas from retail questions, not a hardware brochure

The idea behind VapeVendy grew from direct exposure to smoke-shop merchandising and the practical questions customers and venue operators ask. That context shaped the company’s approach: start with the location and operating plan, then choose the machine.

Chilla Smoke in Tomball helped inspire that local retail perspective. VapeVendy is a separate smart-vending business focused on giving buyers a cleaner path from research to configuration, delivery, and operation.

Sales conversations, configuration review, and operator support are handled in the United States. That is a statement about the business and support team—not a blanket claim that every hardware component is manufactured in America. Product origin can vary by model and is confirmed when documentation is available.

What we are trying to do better

Vending hardware is often sold through inconsistent listings, hidden configuration costs, and optimistic revenue claims. VapeVendy publishes the current machine range, major specifications, common surcharges, and recurring software fees where they apply.

We also separate hardware capability from legal compliance. An ID scanner can support a retailer’s process, but it cannot make an ineligible venue eligible or replace permits, controlled access, product authorization, warnings, and local review.

Our standard: a buyer should be able to explain why a model fits the location before paying for it.
How we work

Four principles behind the catalog.

These guide product pages, recommendations, and post-purchase conversations.

01

Publish the comparison

Show the dimensions, capacity, configuration pricing, and lead-time estimate in one place.

02

State the assumptions

Capacity, profit, delivery, and placement estimates only make sense when their inputs remain visible.

03

Define the handoff

Clarify what arrives, what the buyer owns, and what additional support has actually been agreed.

04

Keep compliance in context

Treat technology as support for a retailer’s process, never as a universal legal guarantee.
