Warranty term
Eligible new conventional machines include a one-year limited hardware warranty beginning on documented delivery. The $250 extended-warranty option extends eligible hardware coverage to two years total unless the order confirmation states a different term. Accessories and third-party components may carry their own stated coverage.
What the limited warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, documented use during the applicable term. Coverage applies to the original buyer and location unless VapeVendy approves a transfer in writing. Proof of purchase, serial number, installation details, and reasonable diagnostic cooperation are required.
What it does not cover
- Improper installation, anchoring, power, ventilation, environmental exposure, transport, or storage.
- Accident, misuse, vandalism, theft, liquid, pests, fire, flood, surge, extreme temperature, weather, or other external causes.
- Unauthorized repair, modification, wiring, software, parts, coils, payment hardware, or accessories.
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, consumables, cleaning, jams caused by unsuitable packaging, or routine maintenance.
- Connectivity, carrier, payment processor, cloud service, software subscription, or third-party platform availability.
- Lost sales, inventory, venue payments, travel, labor, removal, reinstallation, or other indirect costs unless expressly approved in writing.
How to make a claim
Email sales@vapevendy.com with the order number, serial number, delivery date, location, description, photos or video, error messages, and troubleshooting already attempted. Stop using equipment that may be unsafe or causing additional damage. Do not ship parts or the machine without instructions.
Warranty remedy
After diagnosis, VapeVendy may provide troubleshooting, a replacement part, repair, or replacement of the affected eligible component, at its reasonable discretion. The remedy does not restart the original warranty term unless required by law. Freight, labor, or travel coverage must be confirmed for the specific claim before costs are incurred.
This limited warranty gives specific legal rights; other rights may vary by jurisdiction. It does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
