Shipping coverage and price
Standard shipping for eligible VapeVendy online product orders to commercial or deliverable addresses in the contiguous United States is included in the published price. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, remote areas, islands, restricted-access facilities, and special handling require a separate review and may add cost.
Production and lead-time estimates
Each product page displays the current planning estimate. Conventional machine estimates generally range from 3–6 weeks; the AI Smart Cooler currently lists 5–7 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Configuration, inventory, production demand, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address verification, and buyer response time can change timing.
Freight and site access
Large machines may ship by freight with curbside or dock delivery. Unless the order confirmation expressly includes it, standard shipping does not include inside delivery, stairs, debris removal, uncrating, final placement, wall mounting, electrical work, anchoring, liftgate service, appointment fees, storage, redelivery, or installation.
The buyer must provide an accurate address, receiving contact, delivery restrictions, dock or liftgate needs, hours, door and path measurements, and any appointment requirements before shipment.
Inspect before signing
Inspect the packaging and product at delivery. Photograph all sides, note visible damage or shortages on the carrier receipt before signing, retain packaging, and contact VapeVendy promptly at sales@vapevendy.com. Report concealed damage with photos as soon as discovered and no later than seven calendar days after delivery so a carrier claim can be evaluated.
Address changes, missed delivery, and storage
Contact VapeVendy immediately if the address or access conditions change. Once a shipment is released, rerouting may be unavailable or may create carrier fees. Costs caused by an inaccurate address, refusal without documented damage, missed appointment, unavailable receiver, storage, or redelivery may be charged to the buyer.
Do not schedule installers, openings, or revenue-dependent events until the machine has arrived, been inspected, and passed functional testing.
