Information we collect
When you contact or order from VapeVendy, we may collect name, company or venue, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order contents, notes, communications, transaction identifiers, partial payment metadata returned by the processor, attribution parameters, browser or device information, IP address, and site activity.
The website uses local browser storage to keep the cart and, when present, advertising-attribution parameters. It may use ordinary server logs and analytics configured by VapeVendy.
How information is used

Payment information
Card details entered at checkout are sent from your browser to Authorize.Net for tokenization. VapeVendy receives a one-time payment token and transaction results, not the full card number or security code. Authorize.Net processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support payments, hosting, email, analytics, fraud prevention, manufacturing, freight, installation, warranty, and professional advice; with a venue or partner when necessary for a service you requested; or when required to protect rights, comply with law, or complete a business transaction. VapeVendy does not sell website inquiry data for money.
Machine ID and biometric data
This website does not itself scan customer IDs. If a machine configuration uses ID reading, cameras, facial matching, or another verification service, the operator must review the complete device and vendor data flow, configure it lawfully, and provide any required location-specific notice and consent. Do not rely on this website policy as that notice.
Security and retention
VapeVendy uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled. No system is guaranteed secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order, tax, warranty, dispute, security, and legal records, then delete or de-identify it where practical.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. You can clear cart and attribution storage through browser controls. To make a request, email sales@vapevendy.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject.
Children
VapeVendy.com is a business-hardware site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
Updates
We may update this policy as services, vendors, and laws change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
